Vellano Forged Wheels™ are custom made in Ontario, California. CNC machine, and assemble wheels entirely in house.

SPECIFICATIONS

All of Vellano Forged Wheel centers are forged and CNC machined—not cast. Vellano Forged Wheel 19, 20,& 22 inch wheels are constructed as a 3-piece design, and our 24 inch wheels are a 2-piece design.

FINISHES / SIZES

Standard finishes are machine brushed (diamond cut), chrome, painted, and color matched. Custom options are available. Vellano Froged Wheel currently offer 19, 20, 22 & 24 inch diameter wheels in a variety of widths. In most cases lip sizes are maximized, unless requested otherwise.

Vellano Wheels - Company Background The craftsmen at Vellano Forged Wheels have been custom making forged wheels for over a decade specializing in performance and luxury wheels for: • Aston Martin • Audi • Bentley • BMW • Cadillac • Ferrari • Jaguar • Lamborghini • Land Rover • Maserati • Maybach • Mercedes-Benz • Porsche • Rolls-Royce These high-quality, multi-piece wheels are custom made to order, one wheel at a time. The entire process from design, manufacture, and assembly takes place at Vellano’s southern California facility. All precision parts are CNC machined – not cast – using the finest materials such as aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminum and CNC’d billet aluminum. Standard finishes include machine brushed (diamond cut), color-matched, painted, and chrome. Not quite what you had in mind? Custom finishes are available as well as custom engraving options. The in-house engineering department performs simulated failure tests on each new design using CAD/CAM software before sending a prototype to an independent lab for SAE J2530 specification tests for fatigue, cornering, and impact. Each produced wheel undergoes a final run out test to make sure it is within specifications before it leaves the Vellano facility. Custom wheels from Vellano are forged and CNC machined – never cast. 24 ,26 inch wheels use a two-piece design while the 19, 20, and 22 inch wheels use a three-piece design. These wheels come in a variety of widths with maximized lip sizes. Form meets function with Vellano Wheels. Many Vellano designs are geared toward luxury appearances while others are optimized for performance. These wheels are specifically designed for specific automobiles. Every wheel is designed and manufactured at the Vellano facility – never outsourced. Quality, safety, and performance are the result of in-house manufacturing and design, testing, and aircraft grade materials along with the attention to detail of each craftsman who works on the wheel itself.
